In Apple’s annual event, during its iPhone 12 series unveiling announced that it will no longer provide earphones or power adapters in its iPhone boxes from now onwards.
The main reason behind this step is to achieve ‘net zero climate impact’ globally by 2030. It also announced that a standard USB-C to Lightning cable will be included in the iPhone box.
“Customers already have over 700 million Lightning headphones and many have moved to wireless experience,” Apple said.
